As a Civil Engineer with a PhD from Melbourne University, I specialise in providing expert witness services for VCAT planning matters involving transport infrastructure, and case support for self-representing parties in VCAT and ART proceedings.

With over 15 years of experience across the transport, land management, and policy sectors, I have held advisory roles with state and federal governments, the World Bank, and international organisations. My expertise spans roads, public transport systems, cycling infrastructure, and pedestrian facilities, making me uniquely qualified to provide technical evidence in planning disputes.
